Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Global Research Partnerships website and services. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who we are

The service is operated by Global Research Partnerships Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 15971529), 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.

The service

We aggregate publicly available research-funding information and link you to the original source, and we provide tools such as alerts, saved searches, collaborator discovery, research showcasing and an AI drafting assistant. We work to keep information accurate and current but cannot guarantee that every funder feed is complete or up to date at every moment. Always confirm details, eligibility and deadlines on the official funder page before applying.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your login credentials secure, provide accurate information, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing or harmful activity, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access, no automated scraping of the platform, and no reselling of access without our permission.

Membership, the founding offer and payments

The Explorer tier is free. Paid Member plans are billed through Stripe on the cycle you choose (monthly or annual). The first 500 founding members receive lifetime Member access for a single one-off payment; once those places are filled, Member reverts to its standard subscription price, and founding members keep their lifetime access. Subscription members may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. Statutory cancellation and refund rights apply where required by law.

Your content and showcasing

You keep ownership of research and materials you submit. By submitting, you grant us a licence to display and promote that material on the platform in connection with the service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you submit.

AI assistant

Where we provide AI drafting tools, outputs are suggestions only. They may be inaccurate, you remain responsible for what you submit to funders, and you should review and edit all output. We do not guarantee any funding outcome.

Third-party sites and funder data

Links to funder and third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or decisions. Funding decisions rest entirely with the funders.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or for funding opportunities that change, close or are decided by funders. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. We may update these terms and will revise the effective date above. For any question, use our contact page.
