Scholarly weight
Collaboration only counts if the work lands. This is the citation weight of everything produced with partners, the substance under the network.

University of Bologna returns the highest impact of the set (FWCI 3.9): a consortium waiting to happen. Roma Tre University, by contrast, is a sizeable partner returning FWCI 1.1: worth asking what that volume is buying.
