Trust & procurement
The answers your procurement team will ask for
Universities buy carefully, and should. This page collects what research offices, IT and procurement usually need to know about working with GRP, stated plainly.
Data protection
Our newsletter audience is opted-in and can unsubscribe at any moment. We do not sell personal data, and our business model does not depend on it. Subscriber data is processed for the purpose it was collected: research funding and collaboration updates. Requests to partners@globalresearchpartnerships.com.
Data sources
The index and fact files are computed from the open scholarly record (CC0) and public funder award systems including CORDIS, UKRI, NIH, NSF and the Crossref Funder Registry. Funding search results link to the official funder page, always.
Refresh cadence
Funding-search data refreshes daily from public funder feeds. The Research Collaboration Index is computed on a fixed five-year window and published in annual editions, with the methodology released in advance.
Security posture
The public site is served as static pages over HTTPS on managed infrastructure (Netlify), with no login required to read any fact file. Forms are processed by our hosting provider; email is processed by Brevo. A full sub-processor list is available on request.
Corrections & right of reply
Any university can query its data or submit corrections at any time via data validation. Corrections are reviewed and applied to the next data refresh. Nothing commercial ever changes a score; see the Independence Charter.
Integrations
Fact files and reports are shareable by URL today. ORCID sign-in and exports compatible with institutional research systems (Pure, Symplectic, Worktribe) are on our roadmap and not yet shipped; we will not sell you an integration that does not exist.
