University of Warsaw's research now spans 79 countries

Research at University of Warsaw is a global undertaking: the university co-authors with 1,035 institutions in 79 countries, and international collaborators appear on 30% of its output.

Its largest single research relationship is with Warsaw University of Technology in Poland, at 916 joint works. Across the network, five-year output reaches 31,475 co-authored works.

Connectivity of this kind is increasingly the currency of modern science, and it is measurable: the open scholarly record makes every one of these relationships public and checkable.
