University of the Punjab's research now spans 78 countries

Research at University of the Punjab is a global undertaking: the university co-authors with 939 institutions in 78 countries, and international collaborators appear on 37% of its output.

Its largest single research relationship is with King Saud University in Saudi Arabia, at 1,006 joint works. Across the network, five-year output reaches 21,869 co-authored works.

Connectivity of this kind is increasingly the currency of modern science, and it is measurable: the open scholarly record makes every one of these relationships public and checkable.
