Research at University of Novi Sad is a global undertaking: the university co-authors with 934 institutions in 78 countries, and international collaborators appear on 23% of its output.

Its largest single research relationship is with University of Belgrade in Serbia, at 1,983 joint works. Across the network, five-year output reaches 19,061 co-authored works.
