University of Milan stands at #18 of 1,195 universities worldwide on the Dentistry collaboration index, the strongest of its 26 subject standings in the 2026 Research Collaboration Index, published today.

The standing rests on the open scholarly record: 574 co-authored works in the field over 2021 to 2025, built with 164 collaborating institutions across 42 countries, with a field-weighted citation impact of 2.93.

University of Milan holds Gold standing overall, at #144 in the world.
