University of Ghana stands at #109 of 1,195 universities worldwide on the Health Professions collaboration index, the strongest of its 26 subject standings in the 2026 Research Collaboration Index, published today.

The standing rests on the open scholarly record: 630 co-authored works in the field over 2021 to 2025, built with 272 collaborating institutions across 50 countries, with a field-weighted citation impact of 3.69.

University of Ghana holds Silver standing overall, at #468 in the world.
