University of Belgrade's research now spans 80 countries

Research at University of Belgrade is a global undertaking: the university co-authors with 1,105 institutions in 80 countries, and international collaborators appear on 32% of its output.

Its largest single research relationship is with University of Novi Sad in Serbia, at 1,983 joint works. Across the network, five-year output reaches 38,779 co-authored works.

Connectivity of this kind is increasingly the currency of modern science, and it is measurable: the open scholarly record makes every one of these relationships public and checkable.
