University of Alberta stands at #11 of 1,195 universities worldwide on the Decision Sciences collaboration index, the strongest of its 26 subject standings in the 2026 Research Collaboration Index, published today.

The standing rests on the open scholarly record: 588 co-authored works in the field over 2021 to 2025, built with 361 collaborating institutions across 48 countries, with a field-weighted citation impact of 5.71.

University of Alberta holds Gold standing overall, at #109 in the world.
