Universiti Teknologi MARA's research now spans 72 countries

Research at Universiti Teknologi MARA is a global undertaking: the university co-authors with 841 institutions in 72 countries, and international collaborators appear on 18% of its output.

Its largest single research relationship is with National University of Malaysia in Malaysia, at 2,019 joint works. Across the network, five-year output reaches 38,789 co-authored works.

Connectivity of this kind is increasingly the currency of modern science, and it is measurable: the open scholarly record makes every one of these relationships public and checkable.
