Université Grenoble Alpes's research now spans 80 countries

Research at Université Grenoble Alpes is a global undertaking: the university co-authors with 1,132 institutions in 80 countries, and international collaborators appear on 38% of its output.

Its largest single research relationship is with Institut polytechnique de Grenoble in France, at 15,935 joint works. Across the network, five-year output reaches 63,859 co-authored works.

Connectivity of this kind is increasingly the currency of modern science, and it is measurable: the open scholarly record makes every one of these relationships public and checkable.
