Universitas Jember's research now spans 54 countries

Research at Universitas Jember is a global undertaking: the university co-authors with 313 institutions in 54 countries, and international collaborators appear on 3% of its output.

Its largest single research relationship is with Airlangga University in Indonesia, at 359 joint works. Across the network, five-year output reaches 18,660 co-authored works.

Connectivity of this kind is increasingly the currency of modern science, and it is measurable: the open scholarly record makes every one of these relationships public and checkable.
