Tilburg University's research now spans 78 countries

Research at Tilburg University is a global undertaking: the university co-authors with 853 institutions in 78 countries, and international collaborators appear on 43% of its output.

Its largest single research relationship is with Radboud University Nijmegen in Netherlands, at 746 joint works. Across the network, five-year output reaches 12,582 co-authored works.

Connectivity of this kind is increasingly the currency of modern science, and it is measurable: the open scholarly record makes every one of these relationships public and checkable.
