Providence College's research now spans 64 countries

Research at Providence College is a global undertaking: the university co-authors with 771 institutions in 64 countries, and international collaborators appear on 23% of its output.

Its largest single research relationship is with Brown University in United States, at 2,441 joint works. Across the network, five-year output reaches 8,700 co-authored works.

Connectivity of this kind is increasingly the currency of modern science, and it is measurable: the open scholarly record makes every one of these relationships public and checkable.
