National University of Malaysia stands at #156 of 1,195 universities worldwide on the Energy collaboration index, the strongest of its 26 subject standings in the 2026 Research Collaboration Index, published today.

The standing rests on the open scholarly record: 645 co-authored works in the field over 2021 to 2025, built with 186 collaborating institutions across 41 countries, with a field-weighted citation impact of 1.33.

National University of Malaysia holds Silver standing overall, at #545 in the world.
