Ferdowsi University of Mashhad's research now spans 68 countries

Research at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad is a global undertaking: the university co-authors with 817 institutions in 68 countries, and international collaborators appear on 25% of its output.

Its largest single research relationship is with Islamic Azad University, Tehran in Iran, at 1,144 joint works. Across the network, five-year output reaches 13,850 co-authored works.
