Research at Eindhoven University of Technology is a global undertaking: the university co-authors with 1,001 institutions in 72 countries, and international collaborators appear on 47% of its output.

Its largest single research relationship is with Radboud University Nijmegen in Netherlands, at 1,064 joint works. Across the network, five-year output reaches 24,492 co-authored works.
