The standing rests on the open scholarly record: 12,250 co-authored works in the field over 2021 to 2025, built with 885 collaborating institutions across 75 countries, with a field-weighted citation impact of 2.6.

Delft University of Technology holds Gold standing overall, at #198 in the world.
