Dalian University's research now spans 52 countries

Research at Dalian University is a global undertaking: the university co-authors with 699 institutions in 52 countries, and international collaborators appear on 15% of its output.

Its largest single research relationship is with Dalian University of Technology in China, at 12,396 joint works. Across the network, five-year output reaches 16,831 co-authored works.

Connectivity of this kind is increasingly the currency of modern science, and it is measurable: the open scholarly record makes every one of these relationships public and checkable.
