Research at Coventry University is a global undertaking: the university co-authors with 934 institutions in 77 countries, and international collaborators appear on 45% of its output.

Its largest single research relationship is with University of Warwick in United Kingdom, at 444 joint works. Across the network, five-year output reaches 10,044 co-authored works.
