Chongqing University's research now spans 73 countries

Research at Chongqing University is a global undertaking: the university co-authors with 1,030 institutions in 73 countries, and international collaborators appear on 20% of its output.

Its largest single research relationship is with Chongqing Medical University in China, at 2,449 joint works. Across the network, five-year output reaches 64,147 co-authored works.

Connectivity of this kind is increasingly the currency of modern science, and it is measurable: the open scholarly record makes every one of these relationships public and checkable.
