WasteWater Science Ltd is a Maltese fast growing SME that has a clear business objective to produce wastewater recoveryproducts and to reclaim the nutrients in the wastewater for productive use. Our company intends to commercialise a novelaffordable, portable and autonomous wastewater treatments units and make the business more profitable and sustainablethrough a novel business model. We are challenging the status quo of organic waste disposal by offering producers a noveland greener alternative that is more convenient, eliminates disposal and hauling costs and in countries where water is ascarce and expensive resource it recovers water from organic waste, thus reducing significantly their water bills. 70% of theworld’s water is used in the agricultural sector. Our novel product creates added value from waste and by-productsgenerated on farm and saves the farmer 85% of costs. Our company has diversified from Big Players and has created anuntapped niche market in the $1 Billion wastewater treatment industry. Our solution provides a high economic impact to theglobal agriculture sector. We foresee that our innovative product will generate over €5 Million to our annual revenue by 2020,increase our annual profits by 10% and grow direct employment by 1150% by 2020. Phase 1 of this innovative project is tocarry out an elaborate Feasibility Study and Business Plan to get this product from TRL6 to TRL9 and commercialise it in theinternational market
