Simularge · Physics-Informed AI platform for modeling of industrial cyber-physical systems

HORIZONStatus: CLOSED1 June 202230 November 2022EU funding €75,000Call HORIZON-EIE-2021-SCALEUP-01

Simularge aims to reduce the manufacturing waste within Europe and beyond. Industrial waste makes up at least 50% of global waste, and much of that waste is the result of poor-quality products from manufacturing processes. Simularge will help workers reduce waste and lower the cost of quality, as bad quality creates waste.Simularge patent-pending deep-tech solution (WO2021118478) combines physics-Informed AI platform for modeling of industrial cyber-physical systems. It will optimize the production operations, minimize the use of raw materials, optimize the quality of products, and will help detecting in-time defective raw materials and products. The combination of these processes will contribute to reduce carbon footprint. Besides, by optimizing the energy usage and eliminating defected parts based reuse, a huge contribution will be made towards zero emission.Simularge does not require any knowledge about a specific programming language as it is a No-Code platform, it includes mechanics, AI, and analytics for the developer GUI. The App Gui shows the different functionalities with warning and alerts such as (Optimum Pressure, Temperature, etc.). Then the set of parameters will apply to the machine that is part of the production and manufacturing process.According to GMI3, the digital twin market size exceeded €4.2Bn in 2020, and it is expected to grow at over 35% CAGR between 2021 and 2027. We aim to target the smart manufacturing market, as we believe that our solution will be a perfect match and this programme will accelerate our business' reach. Simularge platform aims to reach €1M (ARR) within 2 years and €56M (ARR) within 5 years.
