AUREEL is a technological company created by professionals from different fields. We brought our expertise to this company in order to implement advanced training systems for different sports, allowing professional and amateur athletes to improve their performance by achieving a better control of their training activities.Running is nowadays the most extended and growing sport activity, with millions of runners training in parks, roads, etc. Runners use to have specific objectives in marathon, half-marathon, 10 km races, etc. Achieving these objectives implies training routines and maintaining certain pace rhythms, what is not easy and causes discomfort and training performance losses.REEN project is intended to assist runners in these training activities, advising them about their rhythm and speed with a projected lighting system on the ground ahead of the runners (see image), without need to look at screens or devices. Projected information is sent including simple messages for runners to accelerate or decelerate, change pace, etc. REEN is a virtual rabbit, setting the runners’ pace according to previous commands.
