Kaching · KACHING - THE FUTURE OF RETAIL IN THE PALM OF YOUR HANDS
The overall objective of the Kaching project is to optimize and commercialize a unique mobile-first retail platform that defines new standards in efficiency and productivity in retail customer management. Kaching mobile Point of Sales (mPOS) solution is especially suited for the retailers coming from the large enterprise segment of the market (e.g. IKEA, MediaMarkt). They create a big challenge for mPOS solutions providers, because they require complex integration with their existing vast product catalogues, accounting, CRM or ERP systems. Kaching takes up this challenge basing on our significant traction market and experience with one of the largest retail chain – Apple Premium Resellers – and is ready to seamlessly provide impressive and innovative solutions. In addition to a perfect match in the niche market, the Kaching solution is based on several pillars: it is complete, efficient and delightful to use (both for the retail end-customers and store employees), emphasizing mobility, enabling a better store experience and enabling extensive analytics and insights, using AI and data mining. The company’s revenue will come mainly from integration fees and then monthly fees for using the system as the service (SaaS model). Market launch of the product will empower Kaching to spearhead the market of mPOS solutions; it is therefore fully aligned with company’s business strategy. The European-added value of the project is that it strengthens leadership of Europe over the American and Asian mPOS markets. It is especially important because giants like Amazon, Walmart or Alibaba are closing in in the race of digital ecosystem creation where enterprises, competitors, customers, regulators and other stakeholders form an interdependent business network. This ecosystem must incorporate solutions that would meet the 21st century customer expectations. One of such solutions is Kaching mPOS.
