IKPP is a postdoctoral program established in June 2010 with the help of European funding under the FP7 COFUND scheme. IKPP is associated with the interuniversitary educational program of a Swiss National Centre of Competence in Research, ""Kidney Control of Homeostasis – Kidney.CH"". The educational program of IKPP within Kidney.CH strengthens integrative thinking and awareness for kidney-centred homeostatic systems and increases corresponding theoretical and practical skills among young scientists and physicians. IKPP offers excellent training conditions for international students in a highly collaborative research environment at leading research institutions and university hospitals in Switzerland.With the help of the European funding under the current COFUND call, IKPP will improve its current postdoctoral program in a substantial and systematical way by (i) increasing the number of recruited applicants
