Main idea: researchers and their work are the engine of progress in society but they are also normal people who have the same problems, expectations and hopes as everyone else. Their faces are like doors that lead you through to their professional and personal stories. The invitation to meet researchers is already suggested in the title of the “Facing Research” project, that the University of Trento is organizing for Researchers’ Night 2011.Objectives: the aim of the event is to support the cohesion and the intellectual exchange with the non-academic community, during one Night, in the sign of edutainment. Among the main objectives there are: introducing the extraordinary normality of researchers, overcoming mistrust and prejudice
