FP7Status: CLOSED1 April 200831 March 2010EU funding €30,000

An investigation of the contribution of ICT and particularly Virtual Reality (VR) applications in museums related to cultural heritage through the evaluation of several examples, taking into account all the elements involved (the interface, the social dimension and the message). The analysis is aimed at building a body of empirical knowledge and at developing a standard evaluation methodology in order to provide guidelines for the use of VR as a communication tool in museums and archaeological presentations.
