CoolNanoDrop · Self-Emulsification Route to NanoEmulsions by Cooling of Industrially Relevant Compounds
Industrial emulsification often requires inefficient, high energy processes, such as mechanical shear leading to high temperatures in emulsificaiton. Our new efficient method has enabled self-emulsificatino at low temperatures by simply cooling an emulsion. We will apply this method to industrially relevant compounds for the food and pharma industries.
