botconnect is a cloud software application (SaaS) which integrates into the existing enterprise information architecture to augment human capabilities. botconnect defines the optimum next-best-action for every individual customer by combining collaborative filtering with a deep learning neural network that interacts with the human e.g. the account managers or customer service agents via chat and voice in natural speech at their desk or mobile. After successfully piloting the second prototype version of botconnect’s solution with AXA, the team is able to confirm the capability of its breakthrough product to open up new markets worldwide with the potential for rapid and sustained growth. Considering the immense potential of artificial intelligence, the application in an innovative and productive manner in the enterprise field now creates the business opportunity to introduce botconnect to a broad market.By pursuing the present feasibility study, the management team aims to improve its understanding of the present international market conditions and the associated risks that need to be considered as the company develops a deeper business plan for rolling out and scaling up botconnect’s first product as a marketable innovative solution. SME Instrument Phase-1 and Phase-2 would be extremely beneficial in helping the company accelerate the development and market penetration in target segments, boosting the company’s growth to over 200 employees and €26m in revenue by 2022, in accordance with the company’s mission plan.
