ALL4KV · European Alliance for Knowledge Valorisation

HORIZONStatus: SIGNED1 October 202630 September 2029EU funding €2,051,950Call HORIZON-WIDERA-2025-06

ALL4KV builds a European Alliance of knowledge-valorisation intermediaries: a practical bridge between academia, industry, public authorities and society so that the Guiding Principles and the four Codes of Practice become daily practice. It starts from a clear premise: Europe is rich in actors and resources, yet weak in coordination. The Alliance provides intermediaries with a shared identity and a trusted space to act together. Fragmented efforts are turned into collective strength: under-recognised roles become visible, routines become simple and interoperable, and a single entry point makes Europe’s resources easy to navigate. Intermediaries grow through practical learning and cross-sector exchange, gaining the trust, skills and mindset needed to translate Codes of Practice into daily reality. Evidence and policy are finally connected: experiences from the field flow into concise guidance for ERA governance, while policies return as clear, actionable signals for intermediaries. The consortium behind ALL4KV is uniquely positioned to deliver. It unites Europe’s foremost knowledge-transfer network, the leading citizen-engagement association, the European clusters alliance, a standards-ecosystem partner, and research-policy specialists. Together these organisations cover all four Codes of Practice, span the full geography of the ERA and connect thousands of intermediaries across Europe. With this breadth, legitimacy and proven track record, the consortium is perfectly positioned to build a visible, member-driven Alliance that raises quality, accelerates uptake, and provides a lasting, trusted entry point to a coherent European knowledge-valorisation system.
