Akselos Integra · Disruptive Digital Twin solution combining sensor data streams and high accuracy physics-based models to design and monitor large structural assets

Akselos Integra combines our super-fast, physics-based models,1000x faster than anything else in the market thanks to our proprietary Reduced-Basis Finite Element Analysis technology (RB-FEA), with Big Data analytics and sensor data to create a Digital Guardian, an accurate and detailed 3D virtual model of large-scale operational assets. Our complete solution enables a level of detail and accuracy previously unobtainable with conventional digital twin technology, for the design and maintenance of any kind of large infrastructure in the Oil & Gas, Renewable, Aerospace and Transport (air, rail, maritime) industries where predictive maintenance, real-time simulation and asset management are paramount. Akselos Integra reinvents the workflow for structural integrity management and improves its productivity through:- Time saving and scalability: boost in processing speed (a 1000x upgrade), compared to the best-in-class FEA software used by engineers today, while preserving accuracy with a maximum error of 1% for more than 1 billion degrees of freedom. - 24/7 asset monitoring: safety and reliability for large structures by implementing structural health indicators to help operators monitor and manage the integrity and lifecycle of their assets in real-time. To ensure the viability of Akselos Integra we will firstly include a technical analysis to guarantee the expected functionalities and key features in relevant operational environments, and secondly, we will develop a business plan including a commercial and financial feasibility study. Akselos Integra addresses critical needs for design and predictive maintenance in industrial sectors. Thus, Akselos Integra creates a new window of opportunities for the IIoT market by offering the first reliable and real-time physics-based digital twin for predictive maintenance applications. Akselos Integra is a key technology driver for the Industry 4.0 (or IIoT).
